Building a community around a Radio Station for artists to keep doing what they love 🌍 We are an independent non-profit radio station built by community, charity and fundraising to create an inclusive space for all to enjoy. We support and promote independent artists, offering over 250 shows a month, making our music and culture accessible to a worldwide audience. We welcome a range of diverse artists and showcase genres ranging from Reggae, Soul, and R&B, to Jazz, Hip-Hop, and House. Using our platform is essential to supporting local and international causes and topics that matter to our community. We host multiple charity fundraisers and livestreams, collaborating with local venues and businesses to support the community. With many of our residents running their own projects, we have built a strong network of promoters, artists, DJs and creatives - many of which are a driving force for our future projects and ideas. Our volunteers, artists and staff all work hand in hand to help each branch of our community grow and expand. Brixton Radio provides a dynamic and unique hub for artists, musicians and creatively passionate individuals to express themselves, share ideas and showcase their work to people who listen. IMPORTANT: Currently, we only have live performances on air. ❤️🌍
