Opportunity Review
We are looking for an Artists Project Manager who will work closely with the Business Development Team and with Dorian (co-founder @Groover) on the support, the development & the success of the Groover artists.
• Help the artists that Groover detects in their digital promotion strategy ; • Develop partnerships & special operations ; • Find relevant opportunities of development according to various projects (shows, sync, press, radio etc.) • Help artists get their music heard by supporting them closely ; • Plan the releases and respect the timings by organizing the logistics (shows, promotions etc.) and promotion elements (press-kit, visuals) ; • Also, participate to the customer support with Dorian & Timothée to solve issues that artists get while they are promoting their music ; • Help the scouting process so we can detect tomorrow's talents & recommend them to the best contacts for their success ;
Who we are looking for
• You are a music-addict, full of energy & ressources and you are not afraid to make the first contact ; • You are extremely rigorous & organized, you care for details ; • You are reactive & flexible ; • You often listen to music and love to discover music gems ; • You can work on the development of an artist with passion even if it is not your favorite music style ; • You've already done an internship in a record label or a digital distributor ; or you've already managed artists ;
