I usually feature new tracks within the top 10–20 positions to give them visibility before they rotate further down. Tracks generally stay for 4-5 weeks, longer if they strongly connect with listeners. I look for calming piano works, neoclassical pieces, and soothing instrumental tracks that create a sense of serenity. Overly dramatic, heavily electronic, or upbeat music doesn’t fit the mood here. Since its creation, the playlist has become a global hub for people who turn to music for relaxation, study, and sleep. My goal is to maintain a consistent, tranquil atmosphere that highlights both rising and established artists in the modern classical world. With a background in classical music, I bring not only a listener’s perspective but also a trained ear for performance and composition. This allows me to provide artists with meaningful feedback on their submissions, particularly regarding musicality, structure, and how well a piece fits within the neoclassical/relaxation space.
