Bio and how they support artists

Hi! I run a small independent label based in Milan called The Noisy Factory, which operates as a sublabel of Needa. I handle distribution, promotion, press office, artist management, and booking. Additionally, I write for several music magazines such as Rockit, Kalporz, and Shockwave, where I review concerts and albums. I would like to provide artists with technical feedback on production, mixing, and mastering, as well as guidance on how to improve their music, make their genre more appealing, and stand out in the current market. I’m also interested in suggesting new sounds to explore and offering all types of constructive feedback that can help artists grow in the music industry. During these years, I’ve worked with emerging artists, helping them improve their productions and distribution. Over the past few years, I have distributed and contributed to the release of around one hundred tracks. I collaborate with more than 30 producers and recording studios across Italy, where we work to ensure that the songs are polished and ready to be placed in playlists and on the radio.
