Welcome to The Metal Lounge, a growing hub for modern heavy music and rising talent. We’re always on the hunt for modern metal, metalcore, post-hardcore, djent, deathcore, and anything creatively unique, polished, and emotionally intense. If your sound hits hard and stands out, we want to hear it. Every submission receives personal feedback — even if it’s not featured. If we love your track, we’ll share it to our Instagram Story (10k followers) and TikTok Story (17k followers), and we may also include it in one of our Top 5 videos on TikTok and Instagram. Our audience is made up of dedicated metal fans aged 18–35 across the UK, US, and Europe — listeners who crave discovery, community, and high-quality production. We have a weekly podcast on Spotify and YouTube and our average monthly views are 2.5M across all of our platforms.
