We are an independent label which focuses on the development of synthwave/electro/alternative artists through different media solutions thus keeping a family approach to our artists. Our AI Stance We originally asked artists to be honest about their use of AI, but we’ve been flooded with undeclared AI submissions. Our position is now clear: we no longer accept fully AI-generated tracks. If AI played only a moderate supporting role in your production, we may still consider your work provided you are transparent about how it was used. We now use AI detection tools, and any use of AI that is not declared at the time of submission will result in an automatic refusal. We support the ethical and creative use of AI when it enhances human artistry, but authenticity and individuality will always come first at Retro Reverb Records. Important – Bandcamp Links Required Our show focuses on Bandcamp submissions and analysis, so we strongly prefer artists who share their Bandcamp releases with us. 👉 Please include your Bandcamp link when submitting. Submissions without Bandcamp links are far less likely to be accepted. We highlight Bandcamp because: It’s central to our community and the heart of the show (it’s called The Bandcamp Hour for a reason!). It allows us to properly showcase, analyze, and support your music. Thank you for helping us keep the focus where it belongs on Bandcamp artists. Looking for artists to sign/collaborate with and we can also provide some radio airplay to the artists we enjoy! Releases would involve releases through the label on Bandcamp and through streaming services. We accept all releases but are specifically looking for new interesting sounds or highly polished established sounds. We do take projects as part of our commitment to to supporting artists. The Radio Show focuses on Bandcamp releases so you would need to provide a non streaming link to be considered. All synthwave and Alternative electronic genres considered. You might wish to request an interview as well , which will be considered based on availabillity.
