In a world where algorithms decide what music you should listen to, we are the place to take people on a journey of music discovery. By bringing in our individual personalities to the narrative, we help make that journey more interesting and accessible. With the rise of the music recommendation algorithm we believe that there is still a place in this world for human-curated music. By creating story-led writing with a human perspective, we create content that the algorithm can’t. Our mission is to support up-and-coming musicians and the music they create. The sensationalism of negative reviews can be attractive, but let’s push ourselves to shape a world that champions great music and supports the music that isn’t great yet. This website was created by Damon and James in 2010 and exists to support new music and the artists that are behind it.
