Vicious Zine is an independent digital platform from the Dominican Republic, focused on everything freaky, raw, and underrated in the local alternative scene. We live on Instagram (@viciouszine), where we drop weekly spotlights, interviews, reels, and curated playlists. We highlight Dominican artists through reviews, interviews, and visual content. Our tone is bold, honest, and visually striking. If your music is weird, full of attitude, and doesn’t ask for permission, you’ll fit right in. We’re into: - Indie rock, punk, post-punk, synthpop, garage, alt-trap, neo soul, dream pop, lo-fi, experimental, Dominican alt - Raw vocals, unique textures, strong visuals or storytelling Not our vibe: - Mainstream reggaetón, generic bachata, commercial EDM - Unclear artistic direction - Non-Dominican projects Fun Fact: We’ve featured artists from the DR scene and covered fests like Isle Of Light + SoloFest.
