Soy Pepa Ferreiro, periodista musical. En mi sitio web www.pepaferreiro.com, en activo desde 2018, escribo sobre la actualidad y la historia musical contemporánea apegada a los sonidos distorsionados (rock, punk, hardcore y derivados) aplicando una perspectiva feminista, queer, multicultural. Hablo de música de corte político y denuncia social con especial interés por las mujeres músicas y personas de identidad no normativa que utilicen un discurso personal marcado y un sonido que me impresione en la primera escucha. Fotógrafa y redactora en la edición Zarata (Euskal-Herria/Navarra/La Rioja) de la revista especializada de tirada nacional Mondosonoro. I am Pepa Ferreiro, a music journalist. On my website www.pepaferreiro.com, active since 2018, I write about current affairs and contemporary musical history attached to distorted sounds (rock, punk, hardcore and derivatives) trying to apply a feminist, queer, multicultural perspective. I am talking about music of a political nature and social denunciation with a special interest in women musicians and people of non-normative identity who use a marked personal discourse and a sound that impresses me on the first listen. I co-direct the music podcast Sin Bandera Radio broadcast on iVoox, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. Photographer and editor in the Zarata (Euskal-Herria / Navarra / La Rioja) edition of the specialized national magazine Mondosonoro. I mainly select the songs with potential and add them to my Spotify playlists `Discovered Talent´ or `Subjective Sound´. If I really like the piece and it fits in with my editorial line, it will be included in Sin Bandera Radio, the podcast I direct, and maybe we can do an interview.
