About Us DI Records is a digital independent record label founded by Dakota Horbaczek in 2019 and based in Pittsburgh, PA. The label originated as a Facebook page called 'PA Local Bands' in 2017, and has since evolved into a global platform for talented artists. At DI Records, we are passionate about promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention through the power of music. We firmly believe that music has the ability to save lives and nourish the soul. Every artist on our roster shares our commitment to making the world a better place through their music. Mission Our mission at DI Records is to champion bands that transcend boundaries and create music that resonates deeply with listeners. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment where artists can thrive and amplify their impact. Since its inception, DI Records has curated an exceptional portfolio of bands from around the world. We offer our artists a comprehensive suite of services, including digital distribution to over 200 online stores, connections to promoters, and access to venues and reviewers globally. Moreover, all bands releasing music with us are eligible for sync deals with Hollywood. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to secure placements for our artists on Spotify playlists and in music magazines worldwide. Why Choose DI Records? Redeye Worldwide Distribution: Our partnership with Redeye Worldwide, a leading distributor, opens doors to exciting opportunities, including registration on the Billboard charts and eligibility for synchronization with Hollywood. Their extensive network and dedicated sync library can bring your music to a global audience at any moment. Redeye Worldwide's own marketing team pitches to editorial playlists, offering greater exposure for your music across various platforms. Additionally, your music is automatically submitted to Touchtunes for consideration. Potentially reaching over 65,000 establishments in the US, ensures that your music is heard in diverse settings. Vevo Video Distribution: We offer Vevo video distribution, providing access to their editorial playlists without charging upload fees. The potential to reach a wider audience across platforms such as YouTube, Apple TV, Comcast, and many more is a remarkable opportunity for our artists.
